I've done it before- I don't know if you've ever heard of Tony Robbins- the personal; development guru, well, there's an English equivalent called Andy Harrington, and I went to one of his seminars.. and did a firewalk. Honest, really, it dosen't hurt at all.

No really.

At the seminar I also bent a metal pole with a partner on the soft part of my neck, and snapped a board in two with my fist, so don't mess with me! Actually it's all about mindset and technique, not brute strength.

Good news about the Duelers, as you know I am a fan, they are appearing on our stage in Kingston on the 16th of November when we turn the lights on- and they have promised to do "Don't Go". Brilliant.

We reported on Jackie today, that more and more people seem to be going in debt. Personally I don't believe responsible debt is a bad thing, but there's nothing worse than worrying about things, especially money.
